Rules
The main goal of this page is to help you work out on a regular basis by logging your activity and seeing your friends doing the same. The holy grail is doing (at least) 30 push ups a day for 12 consecutive months, but you can set your own limits. I can confirm it actually works - me and my friends have been working out for more than 5 years, without this page (and its predecessor in the form of a Google Sheet), I would quit SO MANY times! So try to find a friend that will undertake the same challenge - it helps.
- Do at least 30 push ups a day, log your activity.
- No need to do the push ups in a row, they can be split (e.g. 6 times 5 push ups).
- Push ups can be transferred from day to day.
- A month has to be finished by the 7th day of the following month (inclusive), e.g. January work out has to be finished by February 7th.
- Push ups can be replaced with burpees (even partially).
- Push ups cannot be transferred to the following month (e.g. if you do more push ups in January, it doesn't help in February).
- Women can do knee push ups.
